  • Lead problem management efforts, including external moderation and team improvements
  • Handle P1/P2 incident management and conduct 8D root cause analysis and lessons learned
  • Oversee a specific cost center regarding forecasting, purchase orders, and bills
  • Ensure proper cost center separation and adherence to SLAs
  • Manage upgrades for Windows 11 clients and servers, including IT OT Server PM, Windows Server, and Linux Server
  • Oversee daily operations and serve as the main partner for local technical Services
  • Conduct regular status meetings infrastructure teams (local and global)
  • Collaborate with the global support team for service center transitions
Ihr Profil
  • Successfully completed studies in Informatics, Electronics or a comparable field
  • Proven experience in IT and OT solution Management
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux server Management, IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and Service Now
  • Knowledge of cost center management and license management
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure management and technical Services
  • Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and Projects
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Fluent english language skills, german is an advantage
