Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Manage and grow customer relationships within assigned territories in the CEE regionDevelop and implement sales strategies aligned with KLA’s regional and global objectivesStrengthen and expand the Channel Partner and Distributor networkIdentify new business opportunities and drive market development initiativesCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service) to ensure seamless executionMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionsRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetingsEnsure accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM and sales toolsSupport pricing and contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelinesContribute to cross-regional best practice sharing and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environmentStrong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategiesDemonstrated ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; additional CEE languages are a plusWillingness and ability to travel extensively across the regionHigh level of self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic market environmentExperience with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning is an advantageThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
