
Cluster Director of Sales (m/f/d)

- Lead and inspire the proactive sales team across three landmark hotels in Vienna
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across MICE, Business Travel, Government, Consortia, Group Tours, and Airline segments
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), and local partners
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Events, and Marketing to deliver cohesive commercial results
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for sales-influenced segments
- Plan and host impactful events such as client showcases, roadshows, and tradeshows
- Actively participate in site inspections, sales calls, and tele-sales race days
- Proven experience in a Commercial or Sales Leadership role within hospitality
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with willingness to travel
- Knowledge of the Austrian and German-speaking markets
- Experience in multi-property or cluster hotel environments
- Familiarity with hotel sales tools (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce)
- Fluency in German is a strong advantage
- Existing right to work in Austria (e.g., Red-White-Red Card Plus)
- Current Hilton team member
- Completed A-Levels and diploma in Tourism Studies (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a Commercial/Sales leadership role (e.g., ADOS in a large cluster or DOS in a single property)
- A leadership role in Austria's largest Hilton Cluster
