DescriptionAs Group Financial Reporting Expert (m/f/d) you are responsible for coordinating the group audit and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and supporting the finance team in various accounting projects. This role involves managing projects, assisting in the preparation of financial statements and audits, and contributing to process improvements within the accounting department.At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates group and Austrian financial statement audits with internal stakeholders
  • Provides guidance on accounting estimates, accruals, and IFRS-related topics
  • Manages monthly closing activities and prepares audit documentation
  • Leads and supports finance projects, including system and process improvements
  • Delivers training, coaching, and supports internal controls and ad hoc requests
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent; Master’s or relevant work experience appreciated
  • Strong IFRS knowledge, ERP (Oracle/other) and advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach
  • Effective communicator, flexible, and deadline-driven; able to work cross-functionally and in distributed, multicultural teams
  • Project management skills and experience handling large data sets
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
