As an experienced professional, you'll work independently and collaboratively across the entire business to design and produce highly engaging digital learning assets that support the business to achieve our current and future ambitions.   • Create engaging, scalable digital learning media (videos, podcasts, webpages, elearnings etc.)
  • Create branded communication materials to promote internal trainings, campaigns, and events.
  • Apply design and storytelling best practices and adult learning principles to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Provide solutions based on industry best practices.
MANAGE LEARNING PLATFORMS & TOOLS
  • Manage and update learning content on our Learning Management System (Intellum).
  • Ensure seamless delivery of digital learning across regions, departments, and languages.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance learner engagement.
MEASURE IMPACT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Define KPIs and track usage, completion rates, and impact.
  • Use learner feedback, analytics, and business outcomes to refine digital solutions.
  • Benchmark against industry trends and bring innovation to learning strategy.
TAKE OWNERSHIP OF GLOBAL TALENT DEVELOPMENT LEARNING TECHNOLOGY
  • Own learning technology within the Global Talent Development team and lead the thinking on the latest research from the worlds of media and tech in the learning space.
  • Share knowledge with others in the team and wider business.
  • Propose changes to existing technology to ensure Red Bull retains a competitive edge in their specialist area.
COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION
  • Work closely with other team members, functional talent development teams, and markets to deliver world-class digital learning solutions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or internal creative teams where needed.
  • Share insights and updates on learning technology initiatives with relevant stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive successful talent development outcomes.
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
  • 3+ years in content creation or digital media, ideally with a learning focus.
  • Qualifications in either Communication / Media, Digital Media Design, Multimedia Production, Psychology, Information Technology / Computer Science, Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills and ability to manage filming and editing independently using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro similar.
  • Ideal but not essential is experience with elearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Evolve.
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Experience administering LMS platforms is ideal. Experience with Intellum is a plus.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and audience engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Able to translate business needs into digital learning solutions with measurable impact.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German language is a plus.
  • Travel 0-10%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
