Based in Vienna paper republic is one of the leading manufacturers of premium leather notebooks and accessories in Europe with one of the fastest growing shopify stores in Austria, selling online worldwide from our workshop in Vienna. We are a dynamic diverse team of over 100 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together, always learning and growing in the process. Now we're looking for someone to join us and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.Ihre Aufgaben
  • You will share responsibility for restocking our inventory in the warehouse.
  • You will assist with preparing and packaging our products with care for wholesale shipping.
  • You will take charge of receiving our deliveries, inspecting incoming materials, and verifying that everything meets our high-quality standards.
  • You ensure cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
Ihr Profil
  • You ideally have experience in warehouse logistics.
  • You are motivated, well-organized and physically resilient.
  • You have an affinity for IT and feel comfortable using digital tools (e.g. monday, shopify,…).
  • You are flexible and able to handle stressful situations.
  • You have good English language skills; German is a plus.
  • You bring a positive attitude and are a proactive team player who contributes ideas and solutions.
  • You are passionate about notebooks, leather and craftsmanship.
