- enable strategic go-to-market decisions by providing detailed potential analyses and revenue estimations with the accuracy required for investment discussions,
- develop and maintain high-quality blueprints to guide go-to-market and product decisions, in alignment with defined processes and in close collaboration with GMI,
- continuously monitor and evaluate market and asset behavior and effectively communicate insights across the organization and with relevant partners,
- leverage new technologies to automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall value delivery,
- design and maintain scalable structures for transferring market knowledge within the organization and to external partners, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and improved,
- provide regular quantitative market updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders, becoming a trusted voice on market developments,
- build and continuously refine knowledge-sharing frameworks that boost transparency and enhance decision-making across the company and client engagements,
- improve the quality and relevance of reporting through regular reviews with internal teams and customers, leading to more actionable insights and stronger relationships.
- have at least 10 years of experience,
- have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- proven experience in market intelligence, data analysis, or energy trading, with a strong understanding of European energy markets and market signals, preferred consulting environment,
- energy industry experience,
- leadership experience, ideally in a cross-functional or interdisciplinary setting. You know how to guide a team, foster collaboration, and support individual growth,
- strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and forecasts,
- experience with market entries and financial planning is a strong plus
- a background in consulting is a plus,
- excellent communication skills. You know how to tailor your message for different audiences, from internal stakeholders to customers and prospects,
- a proactive and structured mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and a high standard for accuracy and transparency, and
- fluent in English.
