- Completed apprenticeship as a chef
- Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
- Enjoyment of working with fresh products
- Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
- Reliability, readiness to take responsibility, passion, and joy for the profession
- German, English or Italian language
- Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
- Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
- Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- Production and preparation of fresh dishes
- Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design
- Net salary between 2,000 and 2,300 € per month, overpayment based on qualification
- Annual employment, 6 days | 48 hours per week

The minimum salary for the position as Chef de Partie (m/f/d) is EUR 2,740,00 gross per month based on full-time employment.
