Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a calm and professional presence at all times
Manage reservations and scheduling using spa software systems, optimizing efficiency and guest satisfaction
Provide detailed information on spa treatments, services, and wellness offerings
Ensure the spa reception and waiting areas remain immaculate, serene, and well-stocked
Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate guest records
Support therapists and management with administrative and operational tasks as required
