- Independently manage and expand key accounts (upselling, cross-selling, and new business development)
- Develop and implement strategic account plans in close coordination with internal departments
- Analyse customers’ business processes and prepare decision-making proposals for management and specialist departments
- Advise customers at eye level on topics such as supplier management, supply chain collaboration, and quality processes
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process — from proposal preparation and contract negotiation to successful closing
- Participate in tenders and represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and industry conferences Position Requirements:
- Successfully completed a degree, ideally in business, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions (SaaS/software or process-oriented services)
- Experience with business processes in procurement, supply chain, or quality assurance in industrial and manufacturing clients is an advantage
- Strong consulting skills rather than pure sales: You are able to strategically understand customer needs and translate them into viable solutions
- Analytical and strategic thinking combined with assertiveness and strong self-initiative
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
