Job Responsibility:
-Report to CFO and supervise to Germany Finance team
- leading team to manage finance reporting(IFRS Local GAAP） , financial analysis（ Costing & controlling) , budgeting & forecasting monthly , tax , treasury, M&A, internal control , audit & related all financial aspects.
-finance leadership role (responsible for reviewing and improving financial process and procedures, organization tax structure)
-work & align with cross function leader to formulate business vision & execution plans
-Identify potential risk
-participate projects & assignment as requirementJob Requirements:
-Manufacturing backgrounds are highly preferred
-strong leadership is required
-station in Austria/ may travel to other cities in Germany & Austria & Poland (not frequently)About Us:
