- Analyze business processes and requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices, governance, and roadmap alignment
- Drive projects implementation in alignment with business goals Advise and closely collaborate with external consultants and developers
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types and other relevant setups
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and Lightning pages
- Coordinate the resolution of Salesforce-related support issues
- Monitor system performance and data integrity and conduct regular audits
- Maintain technical documentation, process diagrams, and configuration guides
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Several years of functional Salesforce consulting experience Experience in
- Experience in software architecture and technical design in CRM systems
- Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and integration concepts (REST, SOAP)
- Salesforce certifications are highly appreciated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
