With around 170 creative minds, we combine strategy, consulting, UX research, design, software development, and digital marketing to create outstanding digital experiences for leading brands. We believe in teamwork, open dialogue, and the power of diverse perspectives to drive innovation and success for our clients.As a Senior Creative Concepter at VI, you will be the driving force behind innovative campaign concepts and compelling brand storytelling. You take ownership from the initial briefing through to final delivery, ensuring every idea is both strategically h2 and creatively inspiring.Your Responsibilities
  • Develop original, impactful campaign ideas with depth and relevance
  • Work across multiple brands, understanding and shaping each brand’s unique identity
  • Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative concepts
  • Ensure clear differentiation between brands, creating distinctive and memorable campaigns
  • Lead projects from ideation to completion, collaborating closely with design, copy, and strategy teams
  • Present ideas convincingly to both internal teams and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer insights, and creative best practices
RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • Several years of experience in creative concept development, ideally in an agency environment
  • Proven track record of developing campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into creative solutions
  • Excellent storytelling skills – both visual and verbal
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for brand differentiation
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management from start to finish
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and guide team members
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage and inspire audiences
  • Experience with video production
  • Fluent in English and German
