  • Responsibility for monitoring product quality in the field (PPQ) for the respective product range and coordinating the resolution of quality issues that arise in the field in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Handling series approval for new and existing projects involving our engines and transmissions
  • Coordinating rework on series engines and solving complex issues in ongoing production at the BRP-Rotax plants in Gunskirchen and Mexico
  • Contributing field experience to new engine development projects, actively participating in the product development process (NPD), and providing support for process and design FMEA's
  • Assisting with warranty budget preparation
Your skills and experiences
  • Relevant technical training (apprenticeship, master craftsman, HTL) in automotive engineering, vehicle technology, engine technology, or mechatronics
  • Professional experience in quality assurance at a manufacturing company in the automotive sector
  • Solid knowledge of how combustion engines (2- and 4-stroke) and their components work
  • Knowledge in the field of quality management (FMEA, risk analysis, damage reports)
  • Structured, proactive personality with problem-solving skills and team-oriented thinking and acting
  • Very good German and English skills, good argumentation skills, and skill in dealing with customers
  • Willingness to travel, focus on Mexico
