Schichtleiter*in / Gruppenleiter*in / Abteiltungsleiter*in im Verkauf
Schichtplanung und Aufgabenkoordination
Motivation und Inspiration des Teams
Überwachung des Warenbestands
Einhaltung von Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards
Dein Profil:
Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie oder vergleichbar
Erste Führungserfahrung
Motivierende Persönlichkeit
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Freundlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit
Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Bruttogehalt, dass sich an Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position mindestens 2400 € Brutto beträgt.
