Contributes to the development of the consumer engagement strategy in the retail environment and offline media.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supports Campaign planning team in execution of Annual Austrian multi-category Cycle Plan.
  • Develops marketing and POS materials for retail communication touchpoints according to agreed plan and timing.
  • Executes implementation of out of store (OOH and Print) campaigns according to agreed plan and timing on assigned category or channel.
  • Collaborates with external suppliers and agencies to brief them and follow up POS and media materials production.
  • Collaborates with trade, field and category teams to ensure flawless execution of assigned projects.
  • Support in planning and execution of events and track the results and KPIs.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on Marketing.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Structured and organized with excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • A great team player who possesses can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
  • A fast learner with established growth mindset.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is considered as a plus
