In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly digital experiences across a White Label Solution for web and native mobile apps for our customers at BILLA & PENNY. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into intuitive and elegant interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.Job Description
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, mockups and prototypes
  • You will create a high-fidelity designs for our White Label Solution for web and native mobile platforms
  • Organize and facilitate design workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
  • Apply accessibility best practices across web and native mobile platforms
  • Stay current with evolving design trends, tools and technologies
  • Maintain and enhance design systems and UI style guides
  • Support the growth of design maturity within the department
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI work across digital products
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Token Studio, Miro, etc.)
  • Experience in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and HotJar
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience in accessibility testing
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Animation design skills and knowledge of HTML/CSS would be a bonus
