  • Leading the "New Business Development" Team
  • Acquiring new strategic clients and re-selling partners
  • Lobbying internally and externally to secure deal success - a true “closure character”
  • A strong networker, ideally within the global Public Safety domain
  • Committed to securing and expanding the success of the Public Safety business unit every single day
  • Willing to take responsibility and make business-critical decisions
Key Qualifications
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • At least 10 years of professional experience as a New Business Development Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience with government projects is essential; background in Public Safety is a plus
  • Confident, empathetic, and motivating personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Understanding of software, managed services, and “as-a-service” offerings and how to shape them
  • Excellent command of English required; German skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%, with strong intercultural competence
