- Supporting the Team by taking care of administrative tasks as
- Coordinating appointments client – suppliers- inhouse technicians - Landlords
- Responsible for the archiving and filing of documents
- Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure prompt and accurate process of POE (Utilities) and NON-POE invoices
- Keep various work documents up to date
- Adapting to various communication platforms and software systems and applications to be able to use them effectively in the daily work.
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Demonstrate permanent high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures, procedures for visits from local authorities as well as general Health & Safety
- Understand & actively support JLL’s Quality Management program
- The ability to work independently and also within a team across multiple geographies.
- Self-motivated and Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Goal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
- A strong communicator - strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language)
- Able to interact with the general client staff & vendors with ease.
