Join us, and let’s create something truly ground-breaking together.In this role you will add value to PXP by:We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to support and drive projects within the Payments industry. This role requires solid project management experience, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.A typical week as a Project Manager might involve:
  • Supporting end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Helping define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Tracking project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to keep work on track.
  • Assisting senior PMs and contributing to program-level activities as needed.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience in Project Management, ideally in a mid-level role.
  • Has some familiarity with the Payments industry or a strong interest in learning about it.
  • Is comfortable working in a hybrid, international setting.
  • Is fluent in English at a professional business level.
  • Is flexible and adaptable to working across time zones.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Works well with stakeholders and team members at various levels.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
  • A technical background (e.g., degree in IT, former developer, or experience as a Technical Product Owner).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Wrike, or similar.
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or regulatory processes, especially in fintech or payments.
