- RFI / RFP support includes managing the process, filling out and submitting RFP/RFI material on time in collaboration with Sales
- Coordinate inputs with Sales, Tech and Legal across markets
- Understand client requirements, project scope, and opportunity value
- Oversee RFI/RFP lifecycle: resources spend, timelines, deliverables, compliance, completeness
- Manage and improve support tools (e.g., CRM adjustments and process automation)
- Manage reporting
- Manage continuous lessons learned sharing with internal stakeholders
- Drive business development (identify relevant portals cross markets, discuss opportunities with Sales)
- KPI reports
- Activity reporting
- Trends and white-spot analyses
- Pipeline analysis
- Business segments analysis
- Support local Sales
- Contribute to European CRM standardization & improvements activities
- Support Finance with CRM data on reports
- Support upgrade program
- Support with data selections, Telesales campaigning
- Support CRM users with internal data management
- Support DACH OTI process work
- Excellent communication skills in English and German language. Must be able to explain concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly. Good questioner and listener - intellectually curious
- Commercial awareness, understand business flows and demonstrating a detailed understanding of technology impact on business processes/results
- Ability to execute against a detailed delivery plan
- Ability to work effectively across and with different departments and country organizations
- Strong problem-solving abilities: ability to question complex issues and not afraid of challenging as is situations
- Experience in working with Salesforce systems workflows and strong analytical and business orientation mindset
- Experience in working as a BID manager for RFI-RFP is an advantage for the candidate
- Experience in working with AI tools will be an advantage for the candidate
- The gross annual target salary is from €43,300,- with the willingness to pay more depending on professional experience and qualifications
