- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hotel's business objectives.
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and talent development to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee retention through innovative recognition, communication and wellbeing programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and hotel policies.
- Undertake preparatory payroll
- Promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity and teamwork across all departments.
- Team leadership and development within the T&C team
- Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Luxushotellerie.
- Erfahrung mit Lohnverrechnungsaufgaben von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in bewährten HR-Praktiken.
