- Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Candidate rejection management: professional and timely communication with candidates
- Administrative and organizational implementation of all processes along the employee life cycle
- Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics
- Completed education in the field of Human Resources or related
- 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in recruiting within the
- Passion for identifying and supporting talent throughout the recruitment process
- Own-initiative, structured and quality-oriented working style, resilient personality
- Good PC skills; experience with HR-tools of advantage
- Professional command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and willingness to learn
