Let's shape the future together.We make it work.Job DescriptionDoka is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head the Engineered Formwork & Infrastructure (EFI) Business Unit. In this key role, you will be responsible for defining and evolving Doka's global product and service offering in infrastructure, high-rise construction, shoring, and scaffolding - with a focus on accelerating growth in North America, Asia, and infrastructure-driven markets across Europe.Working in close collaboration with regional and country teams, you will ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team across Product Management, R&D, and Marketing, and report directly to the VP Strategy & Innovation.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-centric portfolio strategy for the EFI product and service offering
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities in collaboration with regional teams
  • Lead market entry and growth strategies in key regions
  • Steer innovation and product development initiatives aligned with business value
  • Define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sourcing approaches
  • Foster efficient, process-oriented collaboration across internal stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, globally aligned team
QualificationsYour Profile
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong background in product strategy, innovation, or business development in a B2B/industrial environment
  • Solid understanding of the construction or infrastructure industry; experience in formwork, shoring, or scaffolding is a strong asset
  • Proven leadership in international matrix organizations and cross-functional settings
  • Strategic, hands-on mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • Strong market and customer orientation, with the ability to turn insights into growth
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 68,628 .
