
Division Safety Manager (m/f/d)

- In support of the Fruit Board and the regional management, champion the leadership teams’ commitment and visibility on Operational Health & Safety (OHS) across all functions, thriving for delivering the zero accident target and culture across the whole organization.
- Further implement the Group Safety First program including policies & systems, interfaced with Division Continuous Improvement program, including required KPIs, reporting, and documentations.
- Deploy 5S methodology as foundation to World Class Operation to reduce waste.
- Coordinate and animate the global Fruit Division safety network
- In support of the HR department, design & implementation of training programs on all aspects of OHS in particular for safety leadership and safety culture improvement.
- Interface with AGRANA Group and contribute to Group Safety program via safety flash on critical accidents & near-misses, support guidelines and best practices sharing, working groups on selected topics.
- You hold a university degree in industrial engineering or similar education
- You have a strong knowledge of safety management, operational excellence and lean manufacturing principles with 5 to 10 years operational experience, preferably in the or food manufacturing sector.
- You have strong team leadership and animation skills in a cross-functional environment
- You have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are highly organized with strong project management skills.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English - any additional language is a plus (Spanish, French, German)

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 51.169,16 gross p.a. on full-time basis (applicable to Austria only).
