- Technical foundation: Solid understanding of key technologies like C# / .NET, Azure cloud infrastructure, and React - you don't need to code, but you can challenge and support those who do.
- Architectural awareness: Confident grasp of microservice architectures, API design, and scalable systems - you're a sparring partner for architects, not a bystander.
- Technical leadership experience: You've successfully led teams through complex technical environments and know how to grow organizations both structurally and culturally.
- Way of working: Strategic, visionary, empathetic, structured and motivating with a role model effect.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English.
