HybridVienna | Full timeFor our Digital Transformation DepartmentYour positionIn this role as Senior Project Manager within RHI Magnesita's Digital Transformation department, you will lead and support transformational projects across regions and business functions. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from planning and implementation to closure - while ensuring proper documentation, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery. You will work in a dynamic, performance-driven team with strong collaboration, gaining exposure across departments and building a broad internal network. You will also deliver clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making at the highest level. Lastly you will ensure clean project documentation and providing regular status updates.Your tasks
  • Planning and managing project timelines, workshop schedules, and monitoring deliverables
  • Leading smaller projects or work packages within larger initiatives (e.g., risk management, interdependencies)
  • Supporting cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across departments
  • Acting as a key point of contact for project stakeholders and ensuring alignment
  • Driving continuous improvement of project management frameworks and tools
  • Guiding teams across geographies and cultural contexts, leveraging diversity for stronger outcomes.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or similar
  • Several years of relevant experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
