
Strategic Procurement Manager / Specialist - Software & Subcontracting (all genders)

- Contract and price negotiations: Independent management of contract negotiations with software providers and subcontractors, as well as coordination of project requests with existing and new suppliers
- Strategic Supplier Management: You identify new regional and international sourcing opportunities, considering price, availability, delivery conditions, and risk management
- Compliance & Governance: You consistently implement increasing regulatory and internal compliance requirements (i.e. Cyber Security)
- Stakeholder Management / Internal Interface: You work in close alignment with our offer teams, project managers, and other IT-stakeholder - especially regarding ongoing proposals
- Contract Management & Evaluation: You draft and review contracts worldwide, conduct offer comparisons, evaluate suppliers, and are responsible for their qualification
- Market Analysis: You analyze price developments and benchmarks to support well-informed purchasing decisions
- Completed commercial, legal, or technical education, ideally with additional training in procurement, IT contracting, and project management
- At least 5 years of experience in project procurement within an international environment, with solid knowledge of contract management
- Experience in sourcing and negotiating contracts with IT/software service providers
- You have strong ERP application skills (preferably SAP) and enjoy working with analyses and reports using ERP System a/o Excel
- Strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and a professional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
