As a strategist and operator, the successful candidate will provide leadership support, execute strategy, manage special projects, and oversee back-office management. Your responsibility is to ensure that activities within the organization are streamlined and aligned with the CEO's priorities.   • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting senior management and reporting directly to the CEO
  • Lead and execute special projects, strategic initiatives, and key priorities from the CEO's office
  • Support strategy development and translate it into actionable steps and measurable outcomes
  • Oversee and optimize company-wide processes (e.g. deal pipeline, recruiting, back-office, accounting, contract management, multi-project tracking)
  • Coordinate and support the company's geographic expansion and growth-related hiring strategies
  • Manage operational and financial planning tasks on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize international travel, conferences, events, and high-level meetings
  • Enable effective decision-making by ensuring the CEO has access to the right information at the right time
Your profile:
  • You are a people person who brings positive energy, enjoys collaboration, and helps the team thrive
  • Degree in business, law, management, communication, marketing, or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g. Chief of Staff, executive assistant, consulting, investment banking, VC, M&A, corporate development, law, or in a scaling tech/start-up environment)
  • Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep interest or experience in geographic expansion, deal flow, and the global tech industry
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities, including hiring, coaching, and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical skills, fast decision-making, and a hands-on, independent mindset
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, flexible, and a quick learner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, collaboration tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT

According to Austrian law, we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum annual gross salary for this role, on a full-time basis, is EUR 40,000.
