About the Role:We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a hybrid role in Malta. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service via email and live chat only no phone calls required. The role offers a permanent contract, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information using appropriate tools
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues according to company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Participate in training and onboarding programs
Requirements:
  • German speaker with good English skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
  • No prior experience required; full training provided
Schedule & Contract:
  • Rotational shifts: 07:0015:30 & 15:3000:00
  • 5 working days per week with 2 days off
  • Permanent contract
Compensation & Benefits:
  • 1,650 gross/month (~1,400 net)
  • Quarterly government support (130)
  • Performance bonus (up to 200 twice per year)
