  • Deliver exceptional guest service that aligns with our brand promise.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival at the outlet.
  • Handle table reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and manage waitlists efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Guide guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and introduce them to their server.
  • Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrivals with waitstaff and kitchen teams.
