Global strategic and organizational leadership of information technology in an industrial environment
Harmonization and implementation of business processes
Preparation of decision-making bases, analyses, and well-founded recommendations for the CEO
Ensuring business-IT alignment through close collaboration with all stakeholders
Cross-border management of complex major IT projects Accountability for and planning of the IT budget
Leadership of a 20-member IT team
your profile
A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Proven leadership experience in the IT sector, ideally within complex, international corporate structures and industrial environments
Strong track record in developing and scaling high-performance, efficient IT systems
Demonstrated leadership strength paired with clear and confident communication – both internally and when collaborating with external partners
Excellent command of German and fluent English skills
Strategic mindset with a high degree of flexibility and strong execution capabilities
Willingness to travel up to 30% across Europe; intercultural competence is a must
