Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology company specializing in the development and production of highly secure, rugged hardware for critical infrastructure and defense applications. The company is setting new standards in physical and digital cybersecurity. To further professionalize and scale the organization, we are looking for a strategically minded and structured individual to build and lead the Operations function.Your Responsibilities

Build, manage, and continuously optimize the company’s operational processes
Implement and monitor quality standards and KPIs
Cross-functional coordination between production, engineering, procurement, and finance
Budget planning and cost accountability within the operations domain
Reporting to the executive team with structured decision-making input
Lead and develop a team of 10+ internal and external colleagues
Support in industrialization, testing, and scaling initiatives
Contribute to strategy, sales coordination, and partner integration

RequirementsYour Profile

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, sales leadership, or process management
Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approach
Proven leadership skills with team-building experience
Excellent German and English communication skills
Proficient in ERP systems, Office365, CRM, and digital tools
Willingness to travel & valid driver's license (Group B)
