It leads cross-functional efforts to simplify legacy products and customer structures, ensuring efficient migrations, improved customer experience, and business growth.Drive long-term value for B2B clients by developing data-driven engagement strategies and tailored customer lifecycle initiativesLead the design and execution of our simplification program, focusing on legacy product and customer base optimization in line with strategic business goalsAnalyze customer and product data to identify rationalization opportunities, and co-develop segmentation models to guide migration and simplification effortsCoordinate cross-functional collaboration, oversee communication and campaign execution, and ensure governance, KPI tracking, and risk management for all migration activities
  • Are you familiar with fixed telco products and confident in using data to shape customer strategies and migration plans?
  • You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills?
