
Senior Business Development Manager (all genders)

- Develop the market and introduce innovative network solutions in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) business
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
- Actively drive the development of sales and acquisition strategies to strengthen the market position
- Drive successful conversion of prospects into orders in close collaboration with sales and offer management
- Act as sales lead during tender phases (RFI/RFP)
- Conduct customer workshops, meetings, and presentations - online, on-site, or at our headquarters in Vienna
- Evaluate customer needs and requirements to design tailored solution concepts and ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency under commercially competitive conditions
- Success factor: Internal networking with colleagues from sales, offer management, and product management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable role (business development, technical sales), ideally within the ATM domain
- Business education with ATM background or technical education with strong business acumen
- Experience in IT, networking, or telecommunications is a plus - as is familiarity with public tenders
- Extroverted and open personality with strong perseverance for long investment cycles.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and bring strong team and communication skills
- Very good English skills (main language of the department); additional languages are a plus
