- Dive into diverse HR topics, with a special focus on Rewards Management and Job Levelling frameworks
- Create and enhance reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to support data-driven decisions
- Support the preparation of presentations for various stakeholders
- Collaborate and advise internal customers, working in close co-operation with other departments
- Assist in local and group-wide projects, including job levelling and HR tool maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and usability across HR
- Ongoing studies in economics, human resources or data analytics at a University/University of Applied Sciences
- Ideally, you already have some work experience in HR
- You have very good data analyzing skills, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment in working with people, while handling confidential data with discretion
- You are fluent in English and German
- You have well advanced IT and MS Office skills (especially Excel/PowerPoint); experience with AI tools or programming is an advantage
- We offer you an exciting and challenging part-time internship (25 or 30 hours/week) in an interesting and dynamic field, starting in January, for a duration of 12 months
