- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. This includes performance management, training, and development.
- Strategic Sales Management & Transformation: Contributing to sales strategy development, implementation, and driving sales transformation initiatives. This encompasses target setting, KPI definition, pricing optimization, and sales planning & control to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets within the broader company framework.
- Key Account & Partner Relationship Management: Cultivating strong customer partnerships and collaborating effectively within the L4TF roadmap and social responsibility initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Driving CPD priorities and L'Oréal DACH transformation, actively shaping interfaces and networking across DACH sales and functional areas in our DACH markets (S&OP, marketing, sales controlling, business planning,). This includes sales process optimization using RGM framework and market observation.
- Executive Leadership & Accountability: Overall responsibility for sales targets, reporting directly to division leadership, and creating a long-term vision and transformation plan for the assigned accounts.
- Several years of professional experience, especially in Key Account Management, Marketing, or similar fields.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Good project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel, as well as German & English language proficiency.
- Negotiation skills, strong communication and assertiveness, team spirit, high social competence, and openness to all requirements in a cross-country context complete your profile.
