With an international clientele and strong seasonal demand, the restaurant offers a dynamic working environment where chefs can gain valuable experience and grow within the team.What you will do:Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and Asian fusion rolls
  • Ensure freshness and correct handling of all seafood and ingredients
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in line with HACCP standards
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team across seasonal operations
Requirements
  • Junior-level culinary professional, ideally with exposure to sushi or Asian cuisine
  • Strong basic skills: knife handling, presentation, and hygiene practices
  • Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
  • Enthusiastic to learn and develop under the guidance of an experienced sushi chef
  • Previous sushi or Asian cuisine experience is an advantage but not essential
